Safe Haven director Miranda Blake has been contacted by Polly Levin, caretaker of a large community cat colony. It seems the colony is smack in the middle of the county’s proposed new seaside trail . . . and construction is due to begin imminently. And there’s one huge problem: despite the colony caretakers’ best efforts at trapping, Polly’s favorite cat, Xena, remains elusive. Can Safe Haven help?
