Hi, I'm Linda J Wright, owner of Cats Paw Books, a tiny boutique publishing company in the heart of the Willamette Valley, Oregon. We've been in business since 2018 and it's just Bianca and me at the main office. But we have helpers when we need them -- Christi, our editor, in NYC; Hannah, our proofreader, in England; Heidi, our formatter in eastern Oregon; and Nancy, our beta reader in New Mexico. We publish the Kieran Yeats series of cat-themed mysteries, novellas featuring the fictional cat rescue Safe Haven and its spinoff enterprise the cat cafe Cattucino, funny books about cat antics, Little Books ("storylets" . . . some funny, some serious), seasonal stories and cards, rescue stories, tales of the feline sleuth Jack the Finder, and most recently, a couple of memoirs.
At the moment, we're not accepting submissions -- we have a backlog of our own projects. And yes, we're all about cats! We are crazy cat ladies . . . and proud of it. So come back often and see what new projects we've added. We're thinking of more Jack the Finder tales, another Safe Haven/Cattucino story, more rescue stories, and maybe a book about the really cool things cats teach us.
We're sure you'll love our books, but if you don't, just let us know and we will cheerfully accept returns and will promptly refund your money!
